Riobel Riu 3-Way Shower System: Hand Shower Rail, Shower Head and Tub Spout

The Riobel Riu 3-Way System completely upgraded my bathroom! It’s a full shower setup that gives you the flexibility of both a handheld shower and a fixed shower head. I love that I can adjust the water temperature and flow strength independently, making every shower perfectly customizable. It took a while to arrive, but the product is high quality and well worth the wait.

There were not a lot of options online for gold tone shower system with tub spout. I am sure you could customize with a brand but I didn’t want to hustle. This set includes all parts and looks great, price was reasonable. The package showed up banged up but the product was in excellent condition

Great quality, easy install.

My customer was incredibly excited to install this beautiful Riobel fixture in their new bathroom. Unfortunately, ordering this product and dealing with the ramifications have been a nightmare. The product took over 2 weeks to arrive, and the box arrived beat up and open. It was missing critical parts to install, and after contacting customer service, they were absolutely no help.

Highly recommend Riobel, just find someplace else to buy the product.

This is a great combo kit, that is equal parts high quality and functional.

I haven't heard of bathify before, so I was tentative with this order. But I was impressed that the order came quickly and the customer service followed up my queries promptly.

This 3 way shower looks really nice and you can feel that it is a quality product. It is packaged very nicely as well.

My complaint is that water marks show up it very easily (I got the brushed nickel) and you would need to clean it very often to keep up the look.

Also, the water pressure is not great. I am not sure whether it is designed this way or not.

Looks great! Unsure about quality, had to have the cartridge replaced as it was leaking upon install. Did not expect this from a new product. Shower head is light, feels like plastic. Thought it would be heavier.

the hand held does not give as much water pressure as I would like and I cannot get the hand held to work separate from the shower head

I adore this shower system, it's so clean, modern and stunning, and works very well. I even had my builder comment on how Riobel products are some of the highest quality he's ever worked with, better than brands even twice or more the price.

The only small downside is that the there are only two jet setting options on the hand shower, and the smaller one kind of weirdly sprays out the water and doesn't create a high pressure jet at all. But the other setting works great so not a big deal.

On the whole, love it! It was the cherry on top for our bathroom renovation.

This item was recommended by a family member that is a plumber because of Riobel's outstanding quality and being Canadian-made. The gold finish looks "rich" compared to many other gold or brass finished fixtures of a lower-quality brand. Exactly what we were looking for. This was an issue with the 3-way converter that was received and customer service had it replaced within 24 hours.

The design of the Riobel Riu is aesthetically pleasing. it is a Quebec based company but parts are made in China. It is good quality and does not feel plasticaky. It is not the forceful spray if anyone is looking for a heavy water pressure.

Intuitive to use, good water flow, and this being a thermostatic shower makes controlling water temp a lot easier.

The brushed gold finish on the materials exceeded my expectations. Some brands the brushed gold can look low quality/plastic in the shower head materials, but that’s not the case here at all…it looks/feels high end. Bathify was also great answering questions on chat, along with fast shipping and lowest prices we found.

The water pressure is poor for such an expensive item. I experienced better quality from ‘cheaper’ brands.
