The Riobel Riu 3-Way System completely upgraded my bathroom! It’s a full shower setup that gives you the flexibility of both a handheld shower and a fixed shower head. I love that I can adjust the water temperature and flow strength independently, making every shower perfectly customizable. It took a while to arrive, but the product is high quality and well worth the wait.

The brushed gold finish on the materials exceeded my expectations. Some brands the brushed gold can look low quality/plastic in the shower head materials, but that’s not the case here at all…it looks/feels high end. Bathify was also great answering questions on chat, along with fast shipping and lowest prices we found.

There were not a lot of options online for gold tone shower system with tub spout. I am sure you could customize with a brand but I didn’t want to hustle. This set includes all parts and looks great, price was reasonable. The package showed up banged up but the product was in excellent condition

My customer was incredibly excited to install this beautiful Riobel fixture in their new bathroom. Unfortunately, ordering this product and dealing with the ramifications have been a nightmare. The product took over 2 weeks to arrive, and the box arrived beat up and open. It was missing critical parts to install, and after contacting customer service, they were absolutely no help.
Highly recommend Riobel, just find someplace else to buy the product.
