Riobel Riu Shower Kit: 2-Way System with Hand Shower and Shower Head

We spent a long time trying to decide what we wanted in our shower and this fit everything we were looking for. The design is exceptional and the finish is beautiful. Very happy to have gone with the rain head as well as adjustable bar option. Would recommend!

I looked at many systems but this come with all the parts you need! Plus simple sleek design. Works well and great quality. Hotel like! I purchased two sets and no regrets.

We are very happy with this product in our new shower and it looks great. That said, this line of Riobel products has a more orange-ish hue than other fixtures that I didn’t really notice until installed. It’s made a challenge to match to other fixtures. I like how it looks in the shower but my sink faucets look too orange (to me) so I wish I’d gone with a different look. But if you like the look, it’s a great product!

This faucet system is beautiful! Worth the price for sure, the only thing is that the hand held is slightly different in colour than the main shower head. But it’s not too noticeable and it’s a beautiful system!

We went with polished nickel and love the colour, it's warmer than the chrome.. It's a beautiful shower kit. The water flow from the rain head could be stronger.

I put it in myself. Instructions were ok, but youtube helped a lot. The system functions wonderfully. I had an issue with the instructions (it showed a drainhole in a unit that wasn't there in the actual piece) but Riobel support replied quickly. Bathify support is great too. I would buy again.

It was easy enough to install that I'm glad I didn't pay someone else to do it. Instructions were decent but youtube videos helped a lot. I have been using the system for about 3 weeks and I am very happy with the hardware. My one gripe is that the cylindrical cover for the valve should have a drain hole (as per their diagram) that you need to install facing downwards. My piece does not have any hole. I emailed Riobel about this about 3 weeks ago and they still haven't responded. I don't know if they got rid of the hole (because the diagrams in the instructions aren't always accurate) or this piece is a lemon. I wish they could at least acknowledge they are looking into it or something. Minus 2 stars for unresponsive support.

We spent a lot of time looking at all the different shower system combos and we’re so glad we decided on this one! The gold color is exactly what we were looking for - it’s not bronze and it’s not an overly yellow gold. I would describe it as a true to slightly muted brushed gold color. All of the parts feel substantial and high quality. I read some reviews that said the handheld hose felt plasticky and cheap but I didn’t find that to be true. The handheld clip came missing a rubber gasket but Bathify quickly made that right and sent a working replacement. The rain shower feature is great and the head also pivots so you can get more of a traditional shower experience too (also good for taller people). The thermostatic valve is super convenient so that you don’t ever have to worry about getting the temperature just right. The dial options allow you to use the rain shower, the handheld, or both at the same time. For the price, you definitely can’t find anything better!!!
