Good quality overall. The black matte has a nice, clean finish. The handheld shower component is plastic. The rain shower head is metal. Almost all other pieces are metal. The rough-in valve is included.

Have not installed it in my bathroom yet so I can't say how well it works.
But I have inspected the item and material feels sturdy and heavy, not some cheap plastic or steel. Good quality.
Bathify process took about 48hrs before it ships. Overall it's fast delivery and package was well packed.
Will revise this review again once I installed and try the shower kit.

I looked at many systems but this come with all the parts you need! Plus simple sleek design. Works well and great quality. Hotel like! I purchased two sets and no regrets.

Quality: Better than expected
Design: Better than expected
The kit specified that it comes with a copper connection rough-in valve by default. My contractor requested that I get a rough-in valve for PEX instead. Bathify's support contact was quick to respond to my request. The order arrived and indeed the PEX valve was there. Shipment came very quickly and in great condition.
The parts itself were easy to install and everything worked as expected no issues.
